Hello, if some of our staff already did some envelopes with postage on it before the rate increase, how long will the post office honor those and will they not at a certain point.

Technically you would need to add postage to each envelope. I don't know if the Post Office would accept them or not.

I have printed the new rate guide you sent but I also want a price list of Large Envelopes (up to 12" X15") - weight not over - starting at 1 oz. going to 13 oz. or less with a price beside each one. Also a price list of Packages (up to 108") - weight not over - 1 oz. going to 13 oz. with a price beside each one. How can I get this price list?

Are the Certified Mail fee or the Return Receipt fee going up as well? Or is the cost of sending a letter certified mail going up only the 1cent from the First Class Mail hike?

Yes, they are all going up. Certified Mail will be $3.45, Return Receipt will be $1.50 and then of course the extra penny on the letter.

The easiest way would be to look at your meter agreement. If it's not available to you, try one of the support options located here: https://www.neopostusa.com/resources/rate-change-information/rate-change-support
