It's Rate Change Season! Are you prepared?

Author: Bill Bonato

With the holiday shipping season finally behind us, it's time to regroup and review all of the recent and upcoming carrier rate changes. The USPS is about to follow suit with their changes becoming effective on Sunday January 21, 2018.  See what has changed and how it could affect your business.

How can I find out if my machine will update automatically with the new rate change? Also how long will the webinar be and what topics will be covered? I mail out for a school district and mainly mail out first class letters and certified mail only from the machine?

The webinar will be about 40 minutes plus time for Q&A afterwards. 1 hour max. And we will cover all the major mail classes. Definitely First Class Mail and extra services such as Certified Mail. Library Mail might also be of interest. I highly recommend it. Go to go to https://www.neopost.com/resources/rate-change-information/rate-change-support to find out about your meter. There are self-serve options as well as contact info for the support team.

Non-profit standard flat rate. That's a doozy. I will look for an answer for you. Have you registered for our rate change webinar yet? It is this Friday and they will cover a lot of material and have an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
